Bull bat
Bull Bull, a. Of or pertaining to a bull; resembling a bull; male; large; fierce. [1913 Webster]

{Bull bat} (Zo["o]l.), the night hawk; -- so called from the loud noise it makes while feeding on the wing, in the evening.
