Surloin
Surloin Sur"loin`, n. [F. surlonge; sur upon + longe loin. See {Sur-}, and {Loin}.] A loin of beef, or the upper part of the loin. See {Sirloin}, the more usual, but not etymologically preferable, orthography. [1913 Webster]
