Strangulated
Strangulated Stran"gu*la`ted, a. 1. (Med.) Having the circulation stopped by compression; attended with arrest or obstruction of circulation, caused by constriction or compression; as, a strangulated hernia. [1913 Webster]

2. (Bot.) Contracted at irregular intervals, if tied with a ligature; constricted. [1913 Webster]
