Stigmatize Stig"ma*tize, v. t. [imp. & p. p. {Stigmatized}; p. pr. & vb. n. {Stigmatizing}.] [F. stigmatiser, Gr. ?.] 1. To mark with a stigma, or brand; as, the ancients stigmatized their slaves and soldiers. [1913 Webster]
