Resemble Re*sem"ble (r?-z?m"b'l), v. t. [imp. & p. p. {Resembled} (-b'ld); p. pr. & vb. n. {Resembling} (-bl?ng).] [F. ressembler; pref. re- re- + sembler to seem, resemble, fr. L. similare, simulare, to imitate, fr. similis like, similar. See {Similar}.] 1.
