Baculite
Baculite Bac"u*lite, n. [L. baculum stick, staff; cf. F. baculite.] (Paleon.) A cephalopod of the extinct genus {Baculites}, found fossil in the Cretaceous rocks. It is like an uncoiled ammonite. [1913 Webster]
