Napu Na*pu", n. [Native name.] (Zo["o]l.) A very small chevrotain ({Tragulus Javanicus}), native of Java. It is about the size of a hare, and is noted for its agility in leaping. Called also {Java musk deer}, {pygmy musk deer}, and {deerlet}. [1913 Webster]
