Monophyodont Mon`o*phy"o*dont, a. [Gr. mo`nos single (mo`nos alone + ? to produce) + 'odoy`s, 'odo`ntos, a tooth.] (Anat.) Having but one set of teeth; -- opposed to {diphyodont}. [1913 Webster]
