Mealy Meal"y (m[=e]l"[y^]), a. [Compar. {Mealier}; superl. {Mealiest}.] 1. Having the qualities of meal; resembling meal; soft, dry, and friable; easily reduced to a condition resembling meal; as, a mealy potato. [1913 Webster]
