Porbeagle Por"bea`gle, n. (Zo["o]l.) A species of shark ({Lamna cornubica}), about eight feet long, having a pointed nose and a crescent-shaped tail; -- called also {mackerel shark}. [Written {also probeagle}.] [1913 Webster]
