Licentious Li*cen"tious (-sh[u^]s), a. [L. licentiosus: cf. F. licencieux. See {License}.] 1. Characterized by license; passing due bounds; excessive; abusive of freedom; wantonly offensive; as, a licentious press. [1913 Webster]
